The amount of things to do here for the whole family is awesome! I paid $100 for 3 wristbands (Friday night) for unlimited lazer tag, bumper boats, and go karts oh and mini golf. I would give it 5 stars but the people at the front desk where not very helpful and didn’t give us any direction as to were to get the golf clubs for mini golf, the teenage girls working lazer tag where nice but didn’t explain how anything work. I will say though the boys working the go karts were super nice and helpful to my young daughter would had never driven a car before.
By far one of the worst places I have been. Prices for attractions and food are ridiculous and wait 30 minutes for our food order to then be told it was never put in and need a receipt. Entire place is nasty and can’t tell when it was last cleaned. 1 employee says free refills on soda then another after you purchase says refills cost money but water refills are free. They charge so much because they have so many employees they have to pay that aren’t doing anything but collecting a paycheck. They leave doors open to outside and have thousands of flies while serving food, it is disgusting. Do better!!!
Not enough workers for the kiddy section, but kids had a blast! They had complimentary ice water available to drink and refill water bottles. Splash pad was refreshing too.
Funtasticks has all the right ideas on paper. Go-karts, mini golf, arcade games, bumper boats; it sounds like the perfect spot for families to spend an afternoon. There’s a lot of potential for fun here, and the kids really do light up when they first see all the options. The challenge is that the park feels tired. Some of the rides and games could use better upkeep, and the grounds don’t carry the same fresh energy you hope for in a family destination. Prices are on the higher side for what you get, and that makes it harder to look past the wear and tear. It isn’t that you can’t have fun here, it’s that you leave wishing it lived up to the excitement it promises. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and do their best to keep things moving, and there are still moments where the kids laugh and forget the little things. With some care and investment, Funtasticks could be amazing again. For now, it’s a place you might visit once to try it out, but probably won’t rush back to. Grateful Traveler’s Note
Parents are forced to pay to sit at the water park. It’s $20 a parent. You are literally charged to ensure the safety of your kids around an open body of water. I even said that I would not enter the water as I’m fully Clothed, and was refused. Do better, Funtasticks.
