What are people saying (AI review summary)? Life Time is largely praised for its exceptional cleanliness, spacious and well-equipped facilities, and a wide array of amenities including modern machines, amazing pools, diverse classes, a cafe with healthy options, a salon, a Rockwall, and convenient daycare/kid programs. The staff are frequently highlighted as friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, contributing to positive experiences, especially during tours. However, recurring frustrations include inconsistent class schedules (with services sometimes discontinued without adequate notice), poor front desk phone responsiveness, clients not adhering to rules (e.g., shoes in sauna, not wiping machines), staff occupying client amenities, and an aggressive steam room scent. Suggestions for improvement include updating toilets and increasing daycare sanitization, alongside better communication regarding service changes.

The gym itself has great machines and lots of options for training. I have had really frustrating experiences though: -The staff working on one of the two massage chairs for over an hour while clients couldn’t use them. -I’ve also noticed the front desk never answers the phones. I’ve called them probably 4 or 5 times over the time I’ve been a member (things like holiday hours, when is the pool closing, etc.)- they have answered literally once. -Clients also use shoes frequently in the sauna/steam room which is a little gross -Hours for classes aren’t the best, when I’m done at work at 5 pm, half the classes I would have liked to go to are already done for the day. It’s also annoying on the app how many times I have to scroll through “pickleball open play” or “adult swim” just to find out what classes they have without the ability to filter. Because of these, there’s like 20 to 30 hourly spots for what are essentially amenities -The scent in the steam room is pleasant at times but can be aggressive. It literally burns my eyes when the steam is going from how strong it is. -No one seems to wipe down their machines Those are all my negatives. My positives: -The gym is always pretty clean -The combination of classes is good -The weights are usually put away -The pool is amazing
I joined this location specifically because it offered morning cycling classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — a schedule that worked with my professional obligations. Without adequate notice or communication, the club has since discontinued both the Monday and Wednesday classes, effectively removing two-thirds of the value that initially justified my membership. It’s deeply frustrating that I’m expected to give notice to cancel, yet the club feels no obligation to provide notice before significantly changing the services I signed up for. I find that unacceptable.
I came here yesterday to get a tour because a friend of mine told me that not only was the place gorgeous and spacious but the team were incredibly nice. I've been wanting to rehabilitate my strength for a while and wanted a place that took health seriously. Jamison gave me a greatly detailed tour and was patient with me and my questions and concerns. Rachel was lovely in the cafe and tipped me off to the treats and spectacular nutrition forward offerings there. Katy and Kendra in the salon helped answer my questions about the facial they offer new members as well as the other services there. Hayden, the manager, also greeted me with warmth and talked to me about my fitness goals. I'm looking forward to rebuilding my strength after my accident a few years ago. It's been a long road to getting to the point where I can feel like my body can handle movement and training. I'm glad my friend mentioned this place. I'm so excited to start my healing here. Thank you for the lovely tour, folks. I didn't even intend to sign up that day, but after what I experienced, I'd be silly not to. They're educated and care at Life Time. It shows.
We just joined life time a few weeks ago and have to say that the gym is the cleanest and truly a full service establishment. They have a full service salon located inside a café, where you can get dozens of grateful deductions to help you stay on track with your health goals. lifetime merch you can buy also Their facility is equipped with a Rockwall, sauna steam room, heated pools or pools, family rooms, daycare while you work out and several different classes to choose from on a daily basis. Plus you never have to guess your workouts again because their app helps you on your fitness journey. So I would say that anyone who’s interested in joining it is truly the best bang for your buck.
We love lifetime fitness. There are many available workout classes and kid programs. The day care available is so convenient. They keep the restrooms clean. However the toilets could be updated and it would be nice to see the daycare sanitized on a regular basis. There are so many kiddos that go through there.
