They are amazing! I have been using them for years for opening and closing my pool! I save tons of money with their monthly chemical service!!! Nate is an exceptional worker and will go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable about pools! The office is amazing as well. I would absolutely never use another company. Thank you Metro Pool!

They are extremely reliable, they’ve never missed a scheduled service, and they are always prompt if our pool needs extra attention. They are by far the BEST pool company in the area! They have a very high level of expertise and they are wonderful about explaining the workings of the pool, something that is very helpful since this our first experience with owning a pool! The best thing about Metro-Pool is the quality of the people who work there! Everyone is helpful, caring, and pleasant. From the Office staff to the Managers & Owners, to the Pool Technicians, they all treat you like family! Just had Metro install a pool cover in preparation for winter season. Metro sized and installed. The owners son did the install and did a great job. He demonstrated how to remove the cover in the spring when pool season arrives again. Metro can do full shutdown and startup as well. I’ve had pools for 20 years and if I have an issue these are the guys I’ll call first. We sold our house in May to an individual who has no pool experience. I recommended Metro to him for weekly service and maintenance.

Nate did a fantastic job fixing the valve system and explaining how the new system functions. He went above and beyond to repair leaks and did everything with efficiency, excellence, and diligence. I would highly recommend Metro Pool Service - each team member has excellent customer service!

Nate from Metro Pools was awesome. We were experiencing several different problems with our pool equipment. Nate worked through each and every issue until they were resolved.
