Being on a military base, expectations are low. It looks like a well maintained pool. Snack shop closed, limited hours and limited uncomfortable lounge chairs. On the day I arrived it was populated with families as expected. Plus is they have a great view of the Potomac river and a diving board which is rare to see these days. Must be military or guest of and Admission is $8.

For on base MWR pools concerned this is one of the best I’ve been to in a long time. Only $8 per person was more than affordable and the pool was big. Three pools to accommodate adults, kids, and lap swimmers.

Nice pool and facility but why on earth is this open for so few hours during the summer? All other local pools are open during the week and open much later. For the price they charge here, there should be more time available to swim.
