👍Great neighborhood swimming pool! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. It’s only $7 to swim, which is a very fair price. My son absolutely loves it here—we come often and always have a great time. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and affordable spot to cool off!
Dirty and outdated. The worst part is the area is flooded with child summer camps in the summer. Their counselors don't reign them in and you are stuck waiting behind them for every activity or using the locker room. They need to just make this a kids summer camp because if you are an average working person just trying to get a quick workout in, you will not have the time here. They don't post signs telling you when the building will be teaming with children, I have come at the few time slots I have available and have not been able to do anything. If you have a family, this place is probably great. If you are a busy working single person, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
It’s frustrating that I can’t even use the basketball court during convenient hours because it’s taken up by camp for nearly a month and a half. I pay $700 a year for a membership primarily to use the court, but it’s unavailable for 9.5 hours a day—right during the most ideal time to practice. That really defeats the purpose of the membership. Members should be able to have access to at least half the court at all times!
Has alot for a county recreational area. Inside pool - check. Soccer fields, check. Baseball fields, check. No real football field but plenty of green spaces to practice. Playgrounds galore. Genius - the playgrounds have tents so kids can run around avoiding sun and light rain. Hand ball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts AND volleyball court (with sand). They have one playground where people can go on a carousel or in the summer, waterpark (Our Special Harbor Spray Park). They also have a trail for young kids and an amphitheater. Parking can be a bit tight with all the games going on at the same time, but one can park in other areas and walk. Tons of tables and green spaces. Just missing a petting zoo...
Great space but people are jumping into the pool without taking shower while having their dirty clothes on. They just take their snickers off and start swimming, it was disgusting to even see it. Not coming back to this place again. And the worst thong is that staffs don’t even bother to tell them.
