Pool is great in theory but I believe it’s either underfunded or understaffed or a mixture of both. It randomly closes and there’s usually a VERY long (45+ min) wait to get it. It fills up extremely quickly on weekends and there is no online system or number you can call to check if they’re full or open. So you could drive all the way there just to be informed that it’s full. Like I said it’s a nice facility and it’s very clean as well but I’ve been let down so many times it’s basically not worth going. Maybe it would be different during the early afternoon on weekdays but I work full time so my options are limited to late afternoons and weekends.

The pool itself is great. The downfall is the issue with credit card system. Sometimes it works then it doesn’t. It lacks staff and maintenance. Random days it’s closed for whatever reason. On a Sunday, I came in at 12:00 when the pool opened and stood in line to get in for 20-25 minutes. Never seen it that bad for the two seasons using this pool.

I’ve waited for 45 mins after the staff told me the pool would open at 4:30pm. At 4:30, the only 2 staff members working today notified everyone that they decided not to open the pool today. No reason! Waist of tax money!

It is very fun for kids. I would recommend it a 5 star pool in Old Town ever

The diving board is so clean and they make sure you know how to swim before going in the deep parts of the pool
