The staff is very friendly. they greet you with a smile and a "enjoy your workout". Personally, when I would walk in after a long day at the office, Val, will have a big smile and a hello just makes the day better. She has since moved up into membership services, and she is still very enthusiastic about what she is doing and still has that big smile and greets people the same way. It is nice to see when people that are doing a great job get promoted/rewarded for that. This all comes from good management, which they seem to have gotten a better management team. I have seen improvements happening overall since this new management team has started and that's a good thing.
This gym is consistently a disaster. Weights always scattered across the gym floors, weights never in the correct places, benches in random locations, gross locker rooms, the list goes on. I have never seen a gym with more staff than this gym, but all they seem to do is hangout at the front desk. You never see them going around and tidying the gym. They turn a blind eye to everything. And yet for some reason they have to physically hold the scanner when you come in instead of leaving it on the counter, sometimes causing you to wait to check in if they are dealing with other customers. They are very friendly, I just wish they would care about the state of the gym more than they do. The customers deserve better.
This is a good gym. For the price they have everything you need and then some. The only downside is the wear and tear on some of the equipment is past due for replacement and general cleanliness could bump up a notch. But don't let these minor complaints stop you. It's a great facility at a fair price. They have an additional $10 a month tier for towel service, red light therapy, hydro beds and my favorite normatec pressure garments. Go check them out.
I can’t believe I can only give five stars! I wish I could give more! This kids club is the best. My kids have been going since 2019. I never had a problem there. The rules are very basic (hours of operation, time limit, behavior expectations) and are posted on a simple sign. I love I can leave my kids with anyone at kids club and they’re in safe hands. Thank you ladies for being the best! Especially Michelle!
I had a personal trainer, Raheel, for about 6 months. He helped me transform my body! I specifically wanted strength training, barbell basics, and a smaller waist. He gave me all that and more! Very friendly and easy to work with. The subscription really helped me stay on track of the fitness goals I have been working towards for years. Highly recommend Raheel to help you hit your goals 👍
