I love OneLife Stafford! Came in recently and I was given a tour by the manager Xavier. Xavier was not only VERY knowledgeable about the gym, equipment, and memberships- he was extremely helpful and kind when answering all of my questions (and I had a TON). The gym is clean, well kept, a lot of friendly faces when you enter and as you walk through. The gym comes with many extra amenities such as massage beds, red light, childcare, and group classes. I thank Xavier for his help and look forward to returning with membership. 10/10 recommend this gym!

Solid gym all around & great trainers. Lots of good cardio machine & tools. Plenty of free weight options, but gets crowded at absolute peak hours as any gym. Also has new sauna, pool, & hot tub. Locker room easily connects to all of them. The trainer I worked with most is Braeden. He’s knows his movements and the muscles inside them very well. He’s also just great to work with for my unique schedule & situation. I was recovering from a knee injury and wanted to get my athleticism back. He was able to build multiple different full hour workouts that respected my injury while also building strength, endurance & mobility. Only downside is that the leg machines get packed a lot more than normal it seems. Definitely can use 1 or 2 more leg curl machines.

Love love LOVE my body pump instructors at One Life. Mindy Wallace is the truth and she is a true asset to the One life family. She's welcoming, corrects form whilst teaching and make you want to keep coming back. Looking forward to pumping with her on Wednesday

I’m very pleased with one Life Fitness Stafford, Virginia. My favorite place to work out overall good customer service. The upkeep of the equipment is good and the facility is clean. That’s very important to me.

I absolutely love Onelife! After years of being inconsistent with gym attendance and even more years of reprioritizing my physical fitness, I made the decision to join Onelife, and it was the second best fitness decision I ever made. Being in a friendly, comfortable environment made it easier for me to focus on improving my physical health and get closer to reaching my weight loss goals. The absolute best fitness decision I ever made was signing up to get a personal trainer earlier this year. Once my weight loss goals were within reach, I realized I needed additional support and direction to make it to the finish line and get some muscle tone and definition along the way. I am getting all that I asked for and then some since I started working with Missy. She understands my preferences and limitations, but never fails to challenge me, and I appreciate her so much! I have never been one to enjoy working out, but thanks to Missy's help and encouragement, I am embracing it as a necessary part of my lifestyle and I am looking forward to seeing my hard work continue to pay off. I highly recommend Onelife to anyone looking for a safe and friendly environment to work on their physical health. All the staff are friendly and Missy is amazing!
