However, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding **a female staff member who wears two braids and works on Fridays**. She has repeatedly treated me and my children in an unfriendly and discriminatory manner. Dear Pool Management, As a community resident who regularly visits the pool twice a week with my child, I am writing to formally complain about the inappropriate conduct of a female staff member (identifiable by her braided hair). Incident Details: • I was merely standing in the red zone calling my child (no violation occurred), yet was rudely ordered to leave • At the same time, three other patrons were clearly violating rules by standing at the yellow pool edge, which the staff deliberately ignored • While we strictly followed all regulations, our family appeared to be the only one being singled out As a nation of immigrants, we should show kindness to all American citizens. We should treat our neighbors with friendliness, putting fairness, justice, gratitude and understanding first - after all, everyone comes from different corners of the world as immigrant friends. This differential treatment contradicts our community values.

For years I would occasionally visit when my favorite pool is closed. The pool water has generally always been best described as cloudy/murky, so I would never felt the place is “clean”. This past Friday I was greeted by a large pile of human excrement sitting in the middle of the men’s room floor. I realize the facility did not condone that act, but someone thought it was acceptable to do. Now, I’m seriously concerned about the “murky” state of the water, and wondering what some patron thought was acceptable to do in the pool. I absolutely REFUSE to visit this facility again.

Great pool. Heated in the winter and cool in the summer. Great lifeguard staff. Great place for kids to come and have a splash good time. Clean facility. Great customer service.

Went years ago and the lifeguards didn't help me and my son when he jump in eight feet to get a ball and I asked them to grab with the net and they said they don't get paid enough for that. Luckily I know how to swim good and save him and me. I'm 5'8, the lifeguards didn't jump in to save anyone at all.
