I don't like this gym at all. Even if my family members still go there, I stopped going there since an year because of the gym trainers. They keep tabs on you either male or female trainers and highly irritating over time. I never had a peaceful gym session here. The gym is always messy and congested.

I canceled my membership today after six months because the weight room is habitually overcrowded, messy, and unsupervised; gym etiquette is not a priority here, and it's nearly impossible to get anything done between 5 and 8 on a weeknight unless you're a teenager looking to socialize. Sorry, it's not worth the BS. There's a Planet Fitness about a mile away that's a quarter the price. No pool or sauna, but it's clean and has a pretty well enforced "no parking" policy for the equipment.

The front desk same person says differently to everyone,they lies to people about get membership card, not sure if they get training or not before starting this job! Just be careful everyone! Planet Fitness is $15 only for gym if you only for gym!!!

Replied as of 1/28/2025 Time to replace dirty black stained cedar woods in men’s sauna to brand new ones! No excuses! Updated as of 10/30/2024 The Y Boroughs is very filthy--trashy! In men’s locker room, So dirty! a lot of dirty fingerprints on all of the front locker doors. Dirty black stained on the cedar floor in sauna with dirty, sweaty seats, see this photos attached (gagging)…...the floor in steam is very dirty with used paper towels/water bottles trashing on the floor and seats, too! a few of shower heads are broken! Thumbs down!
