What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Palmer Township Community Pool receives mixed feedback, with significant concerns regarding its strict residency requirements and their inconsistent enforcement. Several non-residents reported being denied entry despite prior visits, expressing frustration over the lack of day pass options and the high cost of non-resident memberships ($450 for the summer). One review specifically criticized the pool's lack of handicap accessibility and unaccommodating staff regarding a non-resident assisting a handicapped family member. Conversely, many positive reviews praise the pool for its impeccable cleanliness, excellent maintenance, spacious layout, ample shade, and a variety of features including a dedicated kids' area, lap lanes, and a diving board. The staff and lifeguards are frequently described as friendly, attentive, and professional, and on-site amenities like the snack bar, along with community events, are also highly valued.

This pool is not handicap friendly. DO NOT go there if you are handicapped. My son, a resident of palmer for several years tried to bring his 4 year old son to the pool. I was denied entrance to assist my son and grandson because I am not a resident. I requested to speak with a manager on duty, I was told the person on the phone was the assistant manager. I explained the situation, asked for an accommodation and she said, hold on I have to ask. She returned to the phone and said they couldn't make an accommodation. They expected to be busy today although there was about 20 people there. They should be ashamed of themselves! Should we seek legal action?
You can only go to this pool if you live in the zip code 18045. There’s no option for a day pass even if you live in Easton or Wilson. They were lovely enough though to at least offer the membership to non Palmer residents for the small price of just $450 for the whole summer! Such a great community!
Very nice pool, clean, ample parking area with minimal blacktop (very creative), and large shade trees.

I’ve been coming here 3 summers atleast 2 times a week with my kids with no issues. All of a sudden today they said only Palmer residents are allowed. I’m like since when?! I was just there last week and my friend was there 2 days ago(18040 n 18042).So I’m confused when this started?! All pools have different rates for non residents n residents and I thought they did too. Because I’ve been paying $20 every week for myself. But to stop someone at the gate with their 3 year old crying is ridiculous. I literally have pictures in the pool 4 times this summer. Weird maybe the rule started today just for me and my kids.
