What are people saying (AI review summary)? The majority of reviews describe a highly negative experience, citing extremely poor cleanliness (stained linens, dirty bathrooms, smoke smell in non-smoking rooms, and even needles found), significant safety and security concerns (non-functional locks, lack of deadbolts, allegations of staff theft, and unfair deposit practices). Guests frequently encountered rude or unhelpful front desk staff, unexpected additional deposits, denied services (like early check-in or handicap-accessible rooms), and run-down room conditions. Conversely, one positive review highlighted amazing staff, clean rooms with no odor or bedbugs, a feeling of being well-rested, and visible positive changes, suggesting good management. However, the overwhelming sentiment across most feedback is that the hotel is an awful place to stay and should be avoided.

Worst hotel I've ever seen considering it's cheap. They went ALL the way cheap I recomend motel 6. I know these things cause I've not only stayed there I've worked there. (Laundry) Housekeepers will take your belongings and any money left out. We had a guest who found needles in their drawers. It was really embarrassing. If you tell the front desk people of any issues u may have they get mad at you because they have to fix it. One last thing they will take your deposit if possible. So please check your sheets and towels (most are horribly stained) because they will charge you for that. Very bad place to stay and work for.
Truly are there any perfect Motels Hotels out there? Every one expects so much out of place the provide a service some meet the customers expectations some don't. At the end of my stay headed home feeling well rested and rejuvenated. The staff was amazing the room was clean with no odor or bedbugs. What else can we really expect? My needs and questions were met. I seen changes being made at this place constantly up until around 5 pm. All motels are governed by an owner if they have good management skills you will see it in the quality of service right away... I heard some really good ideas during my stay here these ideas will definitely bring me back in the future.
Worst experience ever. The only person they have checking people in is the rudest ever. Their policy states that they have early check in for an additional fee but was told that wasn't an option. Then I was told there's a required $50 deposit that is clearly stated online when I booked, which I showed her the site we booked through said nothing about that and she charged my card anyways. At this point I would have left but the room was nonrefundable. Then she had me sign my receipt which I asked for a copy of and she told me no. I asked if I could at least get a photo of what I just signed and she told me no, that I would get a copy when I checked out, which was never given to me even upon checkout. The room was not only extremely run down but HAD NO LOCKS!!! There was a note on the door that says to lock it but how could I? There was no chain or top flip over type lock, and the dead bolt was not functional. Absolute worst hotel experience ever I will never stay at a OYO hotel ever and I understand it's hard to find good staff right now but your front desk employee needs to be fired on the spot. While I was there other people had problems with her too. She needs to be fired on the spot.
The only good thing about my staff was the front desk staff, that were at least kind and mostly helpful. The room conditions are AWFUL, if you have any expectations at all for the quality and cleanliness of your hotel, do NOT stay here! My original room, was intolerable so I asked to be switched, only to find the second room just as bad. Rooms are supposed to be smoke free, but I used half a bottle of febreeze just to tolerate it. The bed spread is stained and the sheets are so thin I can see the mattress. I asked the front desk for a blanket or a clean quilt, but was told they’ve been pt away for winter / they don’t have access to any? The bathroom smells, has stains and just feels yucky. The lamp next to the bed has a chewed up cord. The wifi either doesn’t reach the room or just isn’t working. And last, but definitely not least, the ground level rooms don’t have dead bolts. Yes it is a budget friendly hotel, but man, I would not recommend it unless it’s your last option. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before booking.
This place was awful. My husband is handicap and we requested a handicap room when the reservation was made but when we arrived we were on the second floor! They refused to give us a different room unless we gave an additional deposit which we did not have and said he would not refund the deposit we just gave if we left early! All something we could not afford in the middle of the night. Individual owner who has a very dirty place. Calling the better business bureau. Not to mention the second balcony in some areas should call for the place to be condemned.
