I love to stay here in renaissance apartment. Very clean and well maintain. The ambiance of the environment gives you a positive vibes. I highly recommend this place especially those who have a Family. Raising your kids here is so nice. Neighborhood are very friendly and kind.kids also have space to play around. Words is not enough how lovely to stay here in Renaissance .

Been here for approximately 4 years. Although office staff has changed a bit maintenance has been the same. They treat you like family. They go above and beyond anytime a work order is placed. Maintenance is always seen on the premises doing something. By far the best staff I've experienced living in apartments.

Susan and Jimmy are fantastic to work with and stay on top of every detail of this community! I never worry anything will be ignored. They truly want their residents to feel "at home" and go out of their way daily to ensure this!

Suzan and April are truly remarkable individuals that are always so respectful and helpful they go above and beyond for anyone who enters their office. Each encounter with them is pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely take the time and check them out! I am the Optimum rep that handles all of there residents media needs. Excellent community. We are staying almost one year on this apartment now, the administration and maintenance people and so friendly and helpful always. Very peaceful stay and I would definitely recommend renaissance apartment.
