We were just at the pool and the water was FREEZING. Everyone who was there was sitting outside of the pool because it’s too cold to get in. I asked if we could either be refunded (since we sat at the bench the entire time) or get credit to try to come tomorrow and the manager said they don’t do refunds or credits but I can try a different pool and pay to go to one of those instead. They’re aware the water is uncomfortable to get in today but are still letting people pay to get in knowing they won’t refund them. It wasn’t break time the pool was literally just empty because it was freezing!

The girls in front were super nice. I brought my girls and the whole time we swam the manager i guess had to much power to her head. Kids going down the stairs needed to get off. How do they get in slowly without holding on to the rails? She found everything wrong. Then her own co-worker was on the stairs talking to another worker and she blow her whistle and tells her get down. Not even 5 minutes the manger does the same thing. Looks back as if I can do it. You cant though. Then kicka some kids out. Kids are kids they were being disrespectful. They came in with dogs and walked them back out. Idk the whole situation but yelling at them as they stood at the door sure did do it for me!

It's 100' and the pool is freezing. That would be ok if they warned you before hand, but they didn't. The manager was a jerk about a refund too and didnt provide one. He said it's been cool lately and the pool heater is being over worked...it's been the hottest week of the year here lol

I've been coming to this public swimming pool every since I can remember! It's changed a little but it's still brings me back to my childhood! You can rent the entire place for birthday parties or events! It only a couple bucks a person when it's not rented. Rented it not they always have 3-4 lifeguards on duty!
