In just the few months that our children have been attending Big Blue, the swimming skills, and confidence in the water has improved tremendously! I was concerned about only having lessons once a week, for thirty minutes - that it wasn’t going to be worth time or money. But after seeing how the kids apply their lessons when at the pool and how excited they are to show what they’ve learned, this has become the greatest investment thus far. I feel far more secure about them playing at the pool or beach since enrolling at Big Blue. In addition, the staff is pleasant and the facility is well kept. I am very pleased.

This is the best swim school my little has experienced. We love our teacher, Lexy! My daughter can't wait to attend class every week. The attention to detail is unmatched. The water is a perfect temperature, and the air in the pool helps keep you comfortable without suffocating you. The desk has been accommodating and very helpful! My two year old is trying to swim on her own with the backpack, and she has 3 or 4 lessons! Thank you for the confidence she has gained in the water!!! Highly recommend this swim school!!!!

I LOVE Big Blue Swim School Ann Arbor! The owner has done something wonderful for our community! My sister and I have been here since the grand opening this past year and the improvements in our kiddos is amazing! My son is only 6 and is learning proper swim technique after moving up through the different levels. The coaches work with the kiddos in such a fun way but still incorporating growth into the classes and my son just enjoys it! I can watch through the clean waiting room and just love witnessing the way the coaches teach and how it’s helping my son fall in love with swimming further! Also they have an awesome app that allows you to schedule, request teachers, and book makeup classes. Thank you Big Blue Swim School Ann Arbor!

I cannot express enough how much I love Big Blue Swim School! My daughter has refused to put her head under the water for 2+ years; we tried lessons at various places and nothing. After speaking with the owner of Big Blue—he’s wonderful by the way—we decided to give them a try. I love their smaller classes and more individualized focus. And my daughter loved the little floatie backpacks which really helped with her confidence. After 3 months of lessons she finally put her face under and then bam! All of the confidence came rushing in. She leveled up 2 weeks in a row and was so happy & proud! She loves her Big Blue lessons and we’re so grateful!
