I have held several birthday parties here and my children and I love to swim here as day passes are only $10 per person. Recently I had a great experience here with the girl at the desk. For the life of me I cant remember her name but she was a beautiful young red headed girl who went above and beyond to make sure that the gift certificates that my children received for Christmas would be honored. There were several obstacles in getting this done but she took care of it all and made sure we were all happy. If it wasn't for her I would've had 3 very unhappy children to deal with all day. She was calm, knowledgeable, kind and accommodating to us. Her customer service skills are top tier and the Aquatic Center should be glad to have her as an employee. My visit was on Friday June 6th early afternoon. I hate I cant recall her name.
Nice facility with four pools. Indoor pools are open year round. Two of the pools a 50 meter pools with swim lanes. There is also an enclosed smaller pool for lessons and pool geared towards children. Along with multiple bathrooms and shower areas, there is also a room for gatherings. The pool has kick boards and weights available. Staff is friendly and efficient. Facility is just off 441. Parking is great. Memberships are available or just come for a swim for $10 day.
We had an extremely frustrating experience with this establishment’s reservation system. Initially, we met with Bill to make a reservation and was told someone would call by the end of the week to collect my card information to secure the booking. The promised call never came. Instead, we later received a message from Bill informing me that they had accepted two other bookings and that we needed to select a different date and time. This was handled without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This level of disorganization and lack of professional courtesy is unacceptable. Our time was wasted, and the casual dismissal of our original reservation showed a concerning lack of respect for customers. A simple apology would have gone a long way in this situation. I’m sharing this experience to help others consider whether this is the type of service they want to deal with when making important plans.
The scuba lessons are fantastic! The instructors are very knowledgeable and taught a great course. The facilities were nice and clean. Definitely recommend!
The manager will not let you cancel your membership no matter how many times you call and say you can no longer afford it nor do you even use their facilities anymore. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The “manager is only there on Tuesdays and she’s the only one that can cancel memberships” never mind that I work every Tuesday and have no time to call and be told “I can’t cancel because a lot of people pay for the summer membership then cancel in the winter because it’s cheaper”. ALL I WANT IS TO STOP PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DONT USE AND CANT AFFORD!! If you ever think you might need to cancel your membership DO NOT GET ONE HERE!! They will make you pay for the full year regardless of circumstances or how many times you ask them to cancel it.
