I’m a mom to a toddler on the spectrum and the staff is so welcoming! I have dealt with Ms Lisa almost every Tuesday and she’s so accommodating and pleasant! And hats off to coach McKinsey SHE IS THE BEST AT CARING FOR MY DAUGHTER! Her patience and how kindhearted she is makes me feel so much peace during their 30 mins interaction in the pool. We’ve been taking our toddler for classes once a week. The instructors are always so patient with our cautious child. He’s learning confidence and basic water safety in a safe and clean environment.

Update: I got a call 4 days later with the offer to get a refund or get credit on the account. Glad it got resolved. After 4 months of attending school we were signed up for a promotional free class in addition to our twice a week subscription, a week into it we canceled and used make up classes. Apparently this was not corrected in the aqua tots system and we were charged for three times a month rate in Feb. I noticed this error on the bank statement and reached out asking for a refund, still waiting for a call back 4 days later. It’s a great swimming school, but they need to fix the app or be more diligent about recording cancellations. We are not even scheduled for 3 days a week in Feb, but we were charged anyway.

So impressed with this swim school. Very organized, clean, and great coaches! Our 2.5 year old twins are 6 classes in and doing so well. Small classes.

The skills Aqua Tots provides our 3 kids are priceless to our family. Safe boundaries around water are key! Staff is kind and helpful especially when my youngest has a few tears. Also, as a busy family, thanks for the simple makeup policy!
