What are people saying (AI review summary)? The golf course receives generally positive feedback for its challenging and scenic layout, with recent bunker renovations and true-rolling greens. Many players express enjoyment, calling it "one of the best around the city" and highlighting personal achievements like a hole-in-one. However, recurring issues include fluctuating course conditions, specifically tee boxes being under repair or closed without rate adjustments. Service and amenities outside of event hosting are criticized: the clubhouse closes early, it lacks a private club feel despite its marketing, regular food at the turn is slow and subpar, and undisclosed credit card fees are a concern. In contrast, the dining staff for hosted events, led by Chef Jamal and restaurant manager Lay, received exceptional praise for their accommodating service, impeccable food presentation, and delicious catering.

Challenging, scenic track designed through the rolling hills of west Georgia. Bunkers were recently redone. Greens roll true. Chapel Hills is a fun course to play.
Love this course! Always will. On December 14, 2024 I got my first hole in one on the part 3, 13th hole!
This Course is one of the best around the city. We had a great round, Some of the holes are under repair with the Teeboxes. I wish they were still with Invited.
Course is decent, I’ve played it multiple times. Last time had multiple closed tee boxes and no adjustment to the rate for that. Layout is great, it’s very pretty when the course is in good shape. Seems to fluctuate quite a bit in condition. It’s a public/private course but they pretend to be fully private with the “member for a day” listings on GolfNow. Definitely does not have a private club feel. We wanted to grab a beer after a round and the clubhouse was already closed at 5pm on a Saturday. Very rarely people eating or hanging out around the premises. Food is typically slow and subpar, would not suggest trying to grab a hot dog at the turn. Finally, if you’re going to charge a fee for credit card use, you have to be upfront about it, and whether that includes debit or just cash. You can’t just slap on a fee on the receipt without a clearer heads up
We hosted an event in the dining area of the golf club recently. Everything turned out beautifully. Chef Jamal and Lay, restaurant manager, went beyond in what they promised. The staff on duty at the time of the event made sure all of our needs were met from the time we entered until we turned off the lights for the evening. They were extremely accommodating. The menu we discussed was honored, the presentation of the food was impeccable and the food was delicious. Thank you!! My review is solely for the kitchen/dining staff. I cannot comment on the course itself nor upper management as I had no interaction with them.
