FAB organization! They've shared water safety presentations, goody bags, coloring pages, a book, and free swim lessons with our school. The mascot, Bubbles, is ALWAYS a big hit:) We've interacted with other swim schools, but Goldfish is TOPS! Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with how my recent experience at Goldfish Swim School was handled. I enrolled my daughter in a swim class, hoping to build her confidence and love for the water. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but positive, leaving me deeply disheartened. From the very first class, my daughter was overwhelmed and cried hysterically. It was incredibly embarrassing for me as a parent—not just for my own child’s distress but also for the disruption it caused to the other children’s learning experiences. We tried returning for the next three weeks, hoping things would improve, but each time she was too upset to even make it through the door. She never made it back into the pool after that first class. When I reached out to cancel our membership, I explained how difficult the experience had been and how uncomfortable it felt to disrupt the other children’s lessons. I hoped Goldfish Swim School would understand and show compassion, but instead, I was told I would be charged for the entire upcoming month before I could cancel—despite my daughter only attending one class and being unable to participate in the rest. I understand that Goldfish Swim School is a business, but the complete lack of compassion or understanding for our situation was incredibly disappointing. Your policy prioritizes profit over the well-being of your young swimmers and shows no consideration for parents who only want the best for their children. If anyone asks me about Goldfish Swim School, I would not recommend it for these reasons. A place dedicated to teaching children to swim should be more focused on fostering a positive experience and supporting the individual needs of its students. I hope you will reflect on this situation and consider how you can better support families in the future.

Let me give you a run down of this place. There is a beautifully painted mural in the back that had me so happy and joyous. My son loved the water in the pool. There were a couple of hair clumps that were floating around, but its cool i guess. It's a lovely place to take a swim and shower if you are less fortunate. I may come back!

Great swimming school for kids! They are flexible, helpful. It's easy to mark absence or to schedule a makeup class through their website. The location is nice, organized, clean. They have a nice area for kids to draw, read and play. It is very nice! I recommend it!

This school is truly exceptional! I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and teachers. My daughter had a terrible time at our local YMCA swim class, where she was ignored and was terrified to get in the water. Hoping it was just a one-off experience, I decided to give this school a try—and I'm so glad I did! The teachers here are incredibly attentive and kind, creating a supportive environment where my daughter now thrives. Swimming has become her favorite activity, and she looks forward to it every week. I’m so grateful for this school!
