I had had a pool man taking care of my pool for 10 years. In fact when I bought the house, 10 years earlier, I inherited him. At my old home, I took care of the pool myself. This was a bigger pool and my time was being sucked up. So, I kept him. He was honest. Worked hard. But, his faults were.. 1) Not on a regular schedule. I never knew what to expect. 2) There was always an up charge for chemicals. 3) I was never given a narrative or photos or description of what was done on the days that he came to take care of my pool. 4) He had a glib attitude, and it was a bit more that I could take. Hi his lack of respect caused me to look elsewhere for my pool maintenance. It is also why he lost the neighbors to the right of me and to the left of me. They were afraid to pull the trigger and waited to see if I was happy or not. As a result, I researched several pool companies and came across Yummy Pools… I asked a lot of questions. I was afraid to let my pool man go… because I was loyal for 10 years. But, the respect was gone and I was determined but cautious in my decision to change pool guys. I had a lot of worries, as I didn’t want to see new faces on my property every week. Most companies have high tech turnover rates. And, I did not want to run across a different face every single time someone was cleaning my pool. Continuity was very important to me. I spoke to Sophia Love on the phone repeatedly. I sent her 100 texts and she sent me 100 text back. She was always 100% respectful and100% definitive in her answers and responses. She told me she would send me her best tech. And Jeremy Fredrick has proven to be just that. On top of that he happens to work out at my local gym. He’s a respectful man and is a pleasure to have as a person taking care of my pool for me. It’s like having a friend visit me while he works. Sophia Love made me some guarantees, and as a result of honoring all of the guarantees, such as having a regular face, and sending me her best tech on the day I wanted, I was able to convince my neighbors to my right and left, to hire Yummy Pools as well. As of this writing, all are just as happy as I am with Yummy Pools service. and Sophia Love was the point person to be able to get my neighbors on board with their company. She is a great ambassador for that company. During this new period of Yummy Pools care, a lightning storm happened and for some reason, the pool got an electrical problem. They sent out Todd Breland and he came to a fair price conclusion with myself, and fixed the problem. Several companies would bilk their customers, and Todd was not one of those. I know when I am being duped, and I never got that feeling from him. I had tried to repair the problem thinking that what I was doing was actually working. But the problem was a lot more an issue of correct diagnosis. He found the actual problem and repaired it expeditiously. What’s a joy, is post maintenance, I always receive an email that has beautiful pictures of my pool, the yard, and of the equipment. I get a complete description of what was done and the chemicals that were used. I also get notifications via text that the tech, Jeremy is on his way. And I get a text when the tech, Jeremy has left the property. Then, I get an email stating that the service has been completed. You cannot find a more professional company than Yummy Pools. I highly recommend. The price they gave me first maintenance was fair… and locked in. A great shout out to Sophia Love, Jeremy Frederick, and Todd Breland. This company is better with them in it.
Nick, is awesome. I had my pool resurfaced in April 2025. Complained to the maintenance department about the service of chemicals being added to my pool., My pool was not looking like it was being serviced. I had to reach out to Ms. Sophia. . Nick from Yummy Pools came and immediately knew what was wrong.. Nick and Sophia, thank you both for your 5-star service. Before and after pictures.
Dishonest and Unreliable Service I’ve been a loyal customer of Yummy Pools for a good amount of time now but in the past few months their service has completely fallen apart. They have not been cleaning my pool as scheduled yet I still receive automated messages at the end of the day claiming the work was done. I have a recent photo of my pool showing it is clearly dirty and untouched. I’ve attached the pictures I took of my Pool and the email that was sent to me saying that the service has been done clearly in their photos. They took a picture at an angle that makes it seem as if the pool is clean, but in my photos, you can see that it is not. This is very unprofessional I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m very disappointed.
Yummy pools , Terrible service !!My pool has been covered in algae for over two weeks, and no one wants to help. YUMMY POOLS offers bad and poor service in messages, calls, emails, algae, cleaning and technicians. I don't recommend Yummy Pools. Melissa and Laura They are not a good customer service, they don't care about you. they just want to schedule hours and generate money . “Even with dirty water, they sent the receipts to pay for a poorly service” My pool with clear and safe water, after not using the Yummy Pools company, even my dog is happy !!
