It is hard to find adequate words to convey how much my husband and I trust Sal Covelo. We have been dealing with Sal and Pool Pros LLC of Woodstock for years. Here is how he solved our latest problem: Sal doesn’t just install and fix pools. He is a certified, licensed low voltage electrician and has tremendous knowledge about how to fix anything related to wiring pool equipment, fence lighting, etc. Our house was built in 1988, and the wiring in the electrical enclosure on the outside of the house had deteriorated, unbeknownst to us, which produced a short. In early February, the strangest thing happened. The pump would not switch on, and the lights on the fence all around the pool suddenly would only turn on when we flipped the switch to turn on the pump. A local electrician took one look and said this was way beyond his pay grade. Should have just gone straight to Sal. Sal brought over his trusted workers. They figured out where the problem originated - the entry box. Their solution was to rewire the pool equipment and the pool fence lights and that new wiring now enters the house and attaches to the circuit board from a different direction. Problem solved by experts. Very happy customers. Didn’t break the bank. I feel sorry for everyone who hasn’t found Sal yet.
