A hidden Gem in Roswell I have lived in Roswell for many years but just learned about the Roswell Adult Aquatics Center around September 2024. My son and I decided to complete a Triathlon together and I needed to locate a nearby pool to train for the 1,500 meter swim. I have done much more running and biking than swimming and was a bit concerned about the long open water swim As I was looking for a pool my son messaged me and said there was a pool about 1.5 miles from my house. I replied really? I never knew. The pool is 25 m and about 8 lanes. As a novice swimmer I was looking for instruction to improve my form and a place to swim. I found excellent coaching and great people to train with by joining the Roswell Rapids Adult swim team. All levels of experience and fitness are welcome to join the team and you can workout with a more experienced group or less experienced which ever works best for you. There is a fee of about $5 per session. This is due in advance each quarter. A great deal for both coaching and swimming 3 days per week (M, W, F) with Monday holidays off. In addition, there is a workout room (weights, treadmill, bike etc.) in a connected building for an additional low monthly fee. If joining the swim team seems a bit much you can purchase a monthly pass to swim during free times between other programs like water aerobics and swim team. Overall, a wonderful and budget friendly facility to exercise and work out.

A beautiful facility! The pool is for adults only. It's heated. And there's a hot tub. Very nice!

Used for smaller swim classes and not typically crowded. Check city website for more activities and times.

Great lap pool. Water temperature is perfect. Locker rooms are simple but clean with good strong flow showers. All workout equipment is available for you to use. Mornings can be really busy so late afternoons are best. Overall a great pool. I have been in swim clubs for over 30 years and this is in my top 3 of all of them.
