What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews offer a mixed perspective on Caesars Atlantic City. One review highly praises Lana, a bartender at the Pool Bar, for her exceptional service, warm demeanor, drink-making expertise, and ability to create a fantastic experience despite the bar being busy. Conversely, multiple reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's pool. Guests found the pool to be outrageously priced (even for hotel guests, with additional fees for chairs), small, and dirty (with hair and bugs). The policy of charging hotel guests to use the only available pool, especially for a resort on a beach, was widely criticized as a poor business model and a disappointing amenity.

Exceptional Service at the Pool Bar - Thanks to Lana! My experience at the Pool Bar at Caesars Atlantic City was nothing short of fantastic, and it's all thanks to Lana, our amazing bartender. From the moment we arrived, Lana's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a great evening. She was not only incredibly attentive but also had a genuine knack for making everyone feel special. Lana's expertise behind the bar was evident with every drink she prepared. Whether it was a classic cocktail or a custom creation, everything she mixed was spot-on. Her knowledge of the menu and her recommendations were perfect, and she was more than happy to tailor drinks to our tastes. What truly stood out was Lana's ability to balance her efficiency with personal connection. Despite the bar being busy, she took the time to chat with us, making sure we were having a great time. Her positive energy was contagious, making the whole experience at the Pool Bar even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Caesars Atlantic City, a stop at the Pool Bar is a must, and be sure to ask for Lana. She elevates the entire experience with her exceptional service and delightful personality. Can't wait to come back! --- I hope this captures the essence of your experience with Lana at the Pool Bar!
Regarding their pool: Outrageously priced for hotel guests, especially considering how small the pool is. Sad that this is the only pool available at this beautiful resort - there’s even a fee just to have a hightop chair at a counter. Disappointed that Caesar’s feels it’s necessary to charge such exorbitant prices to enjoy their little pool.
Not worth the money. The pool was dirty, with hair and dead bugs floating inside. It honestly made me wonder if they ever clean it. Very disappointing and definitely not worth paying for.
LOL $58 for a bar stool for a hotel guest & 7 stars.... hahaha 😆 This is why we made our way up to Ocean. Eldorado is a JOKE!
I understand that a casino resort hotel has a priority to keep its guests on the property for obvious reasons, but being on a beach, and only have ONE SMALL POOL, that a guest HAS TO PAY TO USE, is mind boggling to me, and goes against the business model. I would understand the idea of a private “pay to use” pool for upscale clientele if there was a normal pool for guests of the hotel to use, but for a large scale conglomerate to charge a paying guest is insane. Yes I’m aware the ocean is right there, but I’ve no desire to go into it at all. Very disappointed and I’ll go elsewhere that has a pool for its guests and won’t make them “reserve” and pay to use a simple hotel amenity. This is just my opinion, and it doesn’t reflect those of others in my party.
