I’d like to start by thanking Ryan! Ryan was the gentleman from Harrah’s VIP services that reached out personally from his cell phone. I arrived with my girlfriend after a very stressful week of work. We figured we would get away for a night considering Monday was a holiday. After a very lovely experience at guest check in I was looking for something fun to do. Thinking of going to the boardwalk I saw an ad on Facebook featuring a DJ at the pool in the casino. Being that it was already late and time was limited, I decided to reach out to the VIP services. Ryan immediately reached out via text message and addressed all of my needs and concerns. Not only did he make an Average guy feel special, but my girlfriend also felt like a very important person. It is such a wonderful feeling to get away from the grind and escape to Atlantic City Harris Casino. We have been to other resort casino locations on the boardwalk, but Ryan’s VIP treatment supersedes any other experience that we have had to date. I will definitely be coming back and experiencing the VIP treatment. It is well worth it and if you want it impress your girl I highly recommend it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the average Joe feel special for the night. Yours truly, Roberto. 👍
The start was not a pleasant experience. The check in staff who were collecting the entry fees were some of the most unpleasant & unprofessional workers I’ve ever experienced in my life. It was not an inviting welcoming feel at all. Almost felt like they wanted us to leave instead of coming in, PAYING MONEY, and enjoying the beautiful space. $10 just to use the pool. Wasn’t even free for hotel guests. This bad experience was quickly and thankfully remedied by our excellent waitress, Alyssa. Alyssa made us feel welcomed, chatted with us constantly, took specific drink orders perfectly, and even introduced us to the DJ, all while running around like crazy to do the same for her other customers. Thankfully this place had her otherwise I think we would have dipped fast to another hotel’s pool. Prior to Alyssa we also had another great & kind waitress whose name I forgot because she was cut early due to them not being busy.
Had a lit time on the Saturday pool party. Had well-made drinks with named brand liquor about $20 a drink, danced a little, went in the pool, and ordered food from one for four restaurants that deliver it to the pool. We would definitely go back again.
I called before visiting the place because I wanted everything to go smoothly for my husband's Birthday. When I initially called, I spoke to a woman and asked for the cost of two people using their pool without a hotel stay. The lady was very friendly, but she must have had the wrong information. She explained to me that it would be free with their hotel stay and for guests, it would be $10.00. I was pleasantly surprised, as I explained to her that I thought it would be at least $20.00 from what I had heard. She explained that it would be the amount of their peak and busy season. The Day of my Husband Birthday My husband and I visit the Harrah's Pool. I was disappointed to learn that the cost to use their pool was $30.00 instead of what the lady on the phone told me + tax. My husband wanted to use their pool since we were there anyway. My husband and I were greeted by an unfriendly and nonchalant type of attitude pool attendant at the register. My husband gave him his card ask to say, "Fine, he'll pay," and then the a**hole had the nerve to inform us that it would be a total of $67.00 due to tax. Like, we can't afford the seven dollars. My husband and I got into the pool and observed many insects. We saw someone eventually try to clear it out while we were there. The hot tub was relatively small for the pool to be that big, and the hot tub was crowded. I did enjoy the bartender, Deury (Thank You). I hope I spell his name right. He suggested what to try, and his drinks were good. He had excellent customer service. I am only going to put a picture of the bar because that is what I enjoyed about using the pool the most. My husband and I are considering returning in July to see if they are worth another try.
I really dislike this place. It's really dingy really old. Completely outdated. They never let you win the rooms are dated it seems very dingy and dull in there there and I never really like it. Not a great experience for me. I don't stay here and even when I do it's usually with friends and stuff and I just don't like it it's far away from the boardwalk and the outlets and any touristy thing you can do. So you have to take cabs Ubers and lists and really run up your bill there being out there. Otherwise they stuck at the resort
