Bright my 9 year old daughter and 21 year old son for his birthday. We had an amazing time. Its pricey, and as a disabled person, I was not prepared to walk so far from my car to the hotel. However, the hotel is clean, customer service is phenomenal, and I could easily stay for days without being bored. You get 4 stars because my son's 21st birthday drink had a literal bug in it. You replaced it, but still charged me for it at the most expensive restaurant on the property. Even still, I would bring my family back. Id just prepare differently. We spent HOURS wandering to see the grounds and the art. If you were in an area with more options, id try to talk the leaders of one of my yearly conferences to come here.

All things considered this is a great destination for a family. The indoor and outdoor water parks are great. The selection of food is also very good. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff was attentive and very efficient at responding to any request that we had. The price is very high for an average family. If you’re just using the waterpark for the day, it’s not too bad. If you are staying in a room for a couple of nights and plan on Dining and doing a few extra activities, it is fairly expensive. With all that being said as long as it is in your price range, it is a lot of fun.

We love this resort, even though it is very pricey. We love the clean rooms and of course all of the amenities available. You really do not need to go anywhere for anything. There are plenty of options for kids of all ages and also for the adults, inside and outside. The staff are well trained and they all do a great job at keeping their area clean. I was very surprised to see all areas free of trash and always maintained, even though there are always a lot of people. My only feedback would be to add more food trucks and more quick places for breakfast

The water park was a really nice experience. It had so much to offer indoors and outdoors. The whole Kalahari Resort experience was really nice for my family it has so much to offer and would definitely recommend going. It is so much to offer that you don't even really have to leave the resort, there are plenty of places to take pictures, plenty of places to eat, so many different gaming activities with indoor rides, I feel lazy rivers and even one or two adult stations with swim up bars.

First time visit and we were more than impressed. Close enough to come on a weekend trip and such a great atmosphere. The kids had a blast and pricing was very reasonable. We will be back again.
