Parents report that their children gain significant confidence and improve their swimming skills in a fun and encouraging environment. The customer service, particularly the front desk staff, is also highly commended for being understanding and accommodating, even in situations like late arrivals. However, one review expresses strong disappointment with a trial class for a 3-year-old, citing a lack of empathy and patience from staff when the child was scared and crying, contrasting this negative experience with positive ones at other Goldfish locations. Additionally, one suggestion was made to limit the number of kids per lane to improve individual learning time.

A very nice school for kids to learn swimming The Olympics thing is they should allow only 2 kids per lane then it should be better as time is limited and if you add more kids in one lane students get less time .
Coach Christian is kind, friendly, and always enthusiastic. He taught my daughter during her early swimming lessons, and we were very impressed with his patience and dedication. Even though she has now moved up to a different class with another instructor, Christian still shows genuine care and checks in on her progress, which means a lot to us. In addition to Christian, all the instructors at GoFish Swim are also incredibly supportive and professional. They create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for the kids. We truly appreciate the positive experience our daughter has had here. Thank you to Christian and the GoldFish Swim team for your continued care and commitment!
This is probably the best swim school that I have ever been to. The whole team is kind, caring and patient. What completely topped off my experience, the reason that I chose to write this review, is that I signed my son up for another jumpstart clinic and got my time confused with the previous week. While we were fine with waiting since the mistake was mine, Coach Nate told me not to worry about it and got into the pool with my son. I really appreciate how accommodating he was when they didn't have to do anything since the mistake was on my end. I will keep coming back to Gold Fish with all of my kids and recommend it to others!
So my daughter and I was running behind and ended up arriving 15 min into the class. Keep in mind the classes are 30 mins. Once we got here I realized it was a bit of a waste of a trip and should have rescheduled. I was going to end up in the dog house for sure So I informed the front desk of my situation and they were very understanding and was able to put us in the other class! Great customer service! The staff is very helpful and kind! Above all my daughter has gained so much confidence in this program and has grown so much as a swimmer. This summer is going to be even better now that she’s able to really have some fun in the water thanks to Gold Fish!! Again thank you for the empathy and accommodate!!
Very Disappointed. My Daughter had a trial class today she is 3 years old. First time trying a swimming class. When it was time to start class my daughter was very scared and afraid. All the workers just stared at her cry no one spoke to her or tried to make her feel comfortable. One of the lady’s that was on the side had an annoyed look at her face the whole time . My daughters grandmother had to stay with her so she could feel comfortable to sit down then got asked to leave when no one was doing their job in making my daughter feel comfortable other than her grandmother. If they don’t have patience for smaller kids then they shouldn’t work at a place with kids. Again very disappointing because I have two older kids who were at goldfish swim school at another location and I’ve never had a bad experience like that.
