I understand that some gyms/clubs have contracts, But I could not return to this facility due to family health and also the fact that they did not tell me it is a summer camp for kids. I love kids, but I can’t work out when children are running around you. for safety reasons the parents should be watching their children and little boys should not be in ladies locker room, watching women get dressed and undressed. The gym should have family rooms for this reason. I have children and I love children, but I think that it should be a certain time of day that children can access the pool And club.

Good equipment, easy access. Absolutely 0 respect for their own rules - staff may actually laugh in your face if asked to enforce “no kids on equipment” and gym bags lying everywhere. Kids Zone times are meaningless - if you intentionally arrive when it’s supposed to be closed so you can work out without uncontrolled screaming in the background… good luck with that.

Save your money! Spend your money with the people who appreciate it and let you feel heard. My sister got into a verbal disagreement with a camp counselor over the camp counselor telling my nephew not to jump into the pool because she was getting splashed. One thing led to another, and it got heated. Rightfully so. In what world is it acceptable for any adult to address a child when they are COMPLETELY WRONG! To tell children not to jump in the pool because you are getting wet is absolutely insane. So then the regional manager Andrew called her today to “get her side of the story” in which his professionalism was subpar. He began yelling at her, over talking her and being disrespectful. She asked to have someone else call her to discuss the events that took place and he tells her “no he won’t have anyone else call her” so she hangs up because she felt afraid and overwhelmed. He then continues to call her back to back to back THREE more times. Although she stated she didn’t want to talk to him because of his lack of professionalism! The issue at hand here is I’m assuming this is a race thing. Nothing was ever addressed to this camp counselor when she was supposed to be INSIDE of the pool with the children. This place is racist…. And once again the “colored” person is the aggressor because she stood up for her 6 year old child who should have NEVER been addressed by an adult who was not an employee of the club. Andrew is a poor, lousy, disgusting excuse of a manager and a MAN! To over talk a woman because your ego is too large so disgusting! I assume that’s why his wife is divorcing him LOL makes sense! Disgusting! If you are black…. Take your money elsewhere! These people don’t respect your time, your voice or your opinion. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Their financial department gave conflicting information about refunds and my bank thinks is was intentionally misleading to me. I'm very concerned for the integrity of these clubs. Also, there is a lot of broken equipment and weird hours for the price. Not a great value in my opinion. ***here's the response and proof since they are arguing with me here openly: Hi Fayth, I reached out to the billing department, and they notified me that there have been two charge backs from your credit card company. Both May and April dues were given back on those cards as chargebacks. Please check with your financial institution if for any reason you don't already see those on your end. Great place to work out, have family fun, and chill by the pool. Many workout classes available including yoga, Zumba, body attack and even aerial yoga. Kids zone is absolutely fantastic. Members can leave their kids for two hours in "heaven"- come check it out. There is a cute little cafe inside, where you can grab a drink, ice cream and chill by the pool. Also, make sure to try their protein shakes - Andy makes the best ones!
