Ron and Keenan deserve a raise, they go above and beyond. Every time I’m in the gym we have a friendly conversation, both have treated me more as a friend than an average gym goer. Main complaint is overcrowding and lack of machines. Most days it’s not bad, but it sucks when it adds 15+ minutes to your workout because it’s slammed or people decide to “hold” machines while they go workout on other equipment. The amenities are quite nice (The In body scan, swimming pool, hot tub, etc) I do feel like the price per month is fair. All in all it’s a great gym and atmosphere, with staff who clearly care about their members.
Have only one gripe to this gym and that is the size as it can be quite crowded at times but it makes up for that with everything else it has to offer. The staff go way above and beyond. Ron and Keenan are two of the most helpful guys I have ever had the pleasure to meet as gym staff goes. Both these guys always make you feel right at home which is why I won’t go anywhere else. Ask for Ron if interested in a new membership and he will definitely take care of you.
I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years and have been meaning to write a review for a while. For the most part, I like the facilities. My biggest gripe is the hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Closing at 7:00 is too early. It should be 10:00 like the days during the week. There are so many people who are members of this gym, so you could definitely afford to remain open those extra 6 hours a week. When I asked about the hours at the front desk, I was told they’ve always been until 7:00 on weekends. I asked her to put a suggestion in to the managers to make the hours longer and her response was “well, we could make it 6:00 instead”. That was a snarky and unprofessional comment to make to a customer who was expressing a concern. Additionally, closing at 7:00 means the aquatics center closes even earlier. Between classes, swimming lessons, and open family swim, that doesn’t give much time for members who just want to come and swim much of an option. I would happily change this to a 5-star review if the weekend hours are extended because I like pretty much everything else about the this facility.
Everything from weight lifting to running to yoga to pilates to dance to swimming, this gym has so much to offer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Joe is one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever met. He along with the other personal trainers are very willing to help you reach your goals and improve your fitness.
This gym is excellent. If you love working out like I do, this is definitely the place to be. The equipment is very well maintained and varied. It is kept very clean and has a bright and motivated atmosphere. The staff and trainers are very helpful and friendly. I can not say enough good about this place.
