We love Flow! We have 4 of our kids in lessons right now, and they've all thrived with the coaches at Flow. I love how patient everyone is with the kids and how the focus is on technique and personal improvement. My kids have never felt pressure or anxiety while they're learning, and it's always been a fun environment for them to learn. Ten minutes for a lesson might not seem like a lot, but with the individual attention of the one-on-one format, it's highly effective. It also fits my kids' attention spans really well.

We've been attending FLOW special sessions on the wait list (trying to get in regular classes :)) for over a year. We've done summer intensives, and also the holiday programs. The staff is extremely friendly, and we get paired with teachers that our kids trust, and that know them well. We just started our summer intensives, and it's extremely well organized, and they do a great job switching the kids in/out quickly. We love the 10-minute one-on-one sessions, and they do a great job of communicating with parents as well. I recommend Flow to anyone that asks, and our oldest learned to swim in one summer! We are grateful we get to continue the journey for all three of our kids. We love FLOW!

My two children have been with Flow since they were 3 months and 6 months old. They have grown up with the coaches and deck staff at Flow. While the faces, location and lesson format have changed over the years, the support provided to help your child feel comfortable, be safe and progress in their confidence and comfort in the water has not. We are now working on Swim Team skills ( 7 and 9 years old respectively) and I can confidently say my children are both stronger swimmers than I am ( and I'm a certified scuba diver! ). They love the water and are very proud of the skills they've grown over the years. I am so pleased with the support we have from Flow.

Our family has been in swimming lessons at FLOW for about 6 years now and we LOVE the staff, coaches and environment there!! We would HIGHLY recommend swimming at FLOW. The team goes over and above to provide personal, professional and excellent service. Over the years and through Covid the FLOW team has listened to any concerns or suggestions, has evaluated the processes for best quality of service and done everything in their power to provide the best instruction possible. They genuinely care! We love FLOW and look forward to each time we can be at the pool with them!
