Love this spot!! Such a unique pool with an amazing mountain backdrop. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, plus the spring-fed saltwater pool is a lovely change from the usual chlorine. We recommend parking in one of the lower lots (like the one at Marshall Mesa, across from the Shell station) and taking the free Eldo shuttle, with the added bonus of $5 off your entrance ticket. Parking in Eldorado Canyon is always super limited! There were plenty of sun chairs to be had on the pool deck, but the grassy area overlooking the creek seemed like a great option, too. We loved getting ice cream from the snack bar. Showers in the locker room are clean and nice, plus the shallow kiddie pool in one corner of the main pool is an excellent new addition.
If this is not on your Colorado summer bucket list, it should be. Super clean, great bathrooms, wonderful places to set up with friends. Got there right when they opened and had no issue getting a table. Can bring in snacks and drinks so even though the fee is not the cheapest, you can still visit on a budget.
Live music on a Sunday evening, unpretentious, snack bar with drinnks,$25 entry and 6pm closing located at the entrance on El Dorado Stare park. Free parking if available.$10 parking in the state park. Second level terrace.
Great vibes, much history, ancient healing waters, glacier ice cream, what’s not to like?! Staff was super friendly, cool slice of history about 15 min drive south of Boulder or 30ish mins west of Denver. Great way to spend a long summer day relaxin
