The staff here are incredibly kind, sweet, and most importantly, genuine. Brandi, Dom, Shelly and the teaching staff are absolutely outstanding! My child has progressed through several levels and is now a proficient swimmer, able to use multiple strokes properly in shallow or deep water. This school has a simple, effective training methodology that supports and encourages each child according to his/her ability. The instructors are patient, kind, attentive and supportive. They also provide a very welcoming environment for special-needs students—they really go above and beyond to help each child. I am completely satisfied with Michael Phelps Swimming and love seeing the progress that my child makes with every session. The school’s facilities are clean, offer plenty of privacy and have ample seating for parents and siblings. I love taking my child to Michael Phelps swimming for lessons every week, and wholeheartedly recommend Michael Phelps Swimming for water safety and swimming instruction. Thank you so much for the outstanding work that you do with each and every child, every session!!

This review is specifically for Michael Phelps Swim Gym and Play on Camp Rd. in Hamburg NY. I'm so grateful for a FUN place to take my toddlers in the southtowns! This business is amazing! I met the owner she is so personable and friendly, as well as the manager! I feel at home going there. I wish we would've had our sons birthday there (definitely next time though). Such good prices and literally everything you can imagine for the kids!! I've watched this place blossom since summer and I cannot wait until the pool is ready and swimming lessons become available! 5/5, 10/10 or 100 stars for the Hamburg location of MPSG&P!!

When we first signed up we put my daughter in group lessons but I did not feel like she got enough out of it so we switched to private lessons. I think it is a little pricey, but she is definitely making more improvements. So far she really likes all of the coaches she has had. Also making up swim classes is easy, which is greatly appreciated.

Nice place to get your kids start with to learn basics skills of swimming. The pool is small to medium (12-15 meters and 3 feet deep. The coaches are well trained and makes the experience so good for the kids. I highly recommend it for beginners

We did their baby get wet program before 6months for our son. It was incredible! My son loved it. The staff was all SO nice. Even staff that didn't teach my son would say hello and goodbye by his name! Ms. Laura was an awesome teacher and my son loved her! Such an awesome place and very thoughtful for them to teach babies for free. Kudos to Brandi and the whole team!
