Initially we met with Brian Faulise to purchase a pool, and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He walked us through the purchasing and install options process in its entirety. The installers were neat and professional, making sure the pool was leveled and installed correctly. After the sale of the pool, Brian was very responsive to our questions, and even checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We would highly recommend Pool Mart for your purchase, as we were 100% satisfied.

We are very happy with our new Hot Springs Hot Tub - Brian was very accommodating. The gentlemen who delivered and removed our old hot tub were very professional and careful in the removal and installation of our new tub. Had some issues with foaming and cloudiness but all the staff have been helpful in clearing up the problem - highly recommended Pool Mart as a go to for a Hot Tub!!!

We had a great experience with Pool Mart, specifically Brian who helped us from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and informative when we began our search for a pool. He recommended multiple install companies, electricians and deck companies to make our pool install go smoothly. He has also gotten back to us in a timely manner for any questions we might have had after install. Highly recommend Pool Mart Depew!

Good morning, I just wanted to touch base to let you know how much we are enjoying our new hot tub. Our salesman, Brian was very attentive and thorough as was Brandon with our first tub.The jets on our new tub are amazing & the timing couldn’t be better as we’ve both been very sore from some work we are doing around our house and yard. We’re so happy with the added depth. It makes such a difference just being able to get our shoulders & neck down in the soothing water. This is the second Hot Springs hot tub that we’ve purchased through Pool Mart and we highly recommend them for their selection of hot tubs, sales, and service.
