What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews describe a public swimming pool facility with varying experiences. Positives include a nice pool, good water temperature (though one review mentioned it being cold), a diving board, and a splash pad for kids. Some reviewers appreciated the friendly lifeguards and the music played. The facility also offers plenty of shade, a playground, and is seen as a generally nice park. Operating hours were mentioned as 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. However, significant negatives were raised, including a small pool, a persistent slippery puddle in the women's changing room, and a suggestion for a better ground covering for the splash pad. A particularly severe complaint detailed an incident where lifeguards were perceived to be picking on an overweight child, forcing them to repeatedly pass a deep-end test despite having already been swimming, leading to a very negative impression of staff professionalism. Another review mentioned 'creepy kid watchers' in the park area.

Nice pool. The water temperature is good. Friendly lifeguards. It is open 1pm- 4:30pm and 6pm - 8pm. I had a good time there with my 6 year old daughter.
Such a lovely place! They have a great public swimming pool with a diving board and a splash pad for kids to play in! Lovely lifeguards and they always play awesome songs while we're swimming.
It's a small, cold pool with adequate change rooms. There is always a puddle in the women's change room that is very slippery. The splash pad would be better if it was that rubberized ground covering. There is plenty of shade and a playground.
I wouldn't let you kids go here if they are overweight..the lifeguards seemed to enjoy picking on one overweight boy, it was so discusting I took my little brother and sister and left. Whole story: 3 kids came into the pool, one of them noticeably overweight. For about 20 minutes they jumped off the diving board and swam in the deep end. After the twenty minutes, our wonderful mayor Diodatti's daughter decided the overweight boy needed to take the test, she told him to go from one side to the other and used the technical term for the stroke he was supposed to use to do it. The boy attempted, not knowing what she meant. She told him he failed. When he explained that he didnt understand what she meant she said it didnt matter and walked away, trying to keep the poor boy from his friends even though he was clearly capable. The other lifeguard said if he made it two times he could go in the deep end. When he succeeded, and at this point, other boys were laughing at him, she made him do it a third time. Even though the rule in the pool has always been once...MAYBE twice and this kid had been swimming in the deep end for a while already. I dont know if this speaks more for the pool and their staff...or the fact that we have an incompetent father as a mayor. Either way you should probably stay away.
Nice park... Could do without the creepy kid watchers but a Stern look their way kinda sends the message across. The water park off the swings and jungle gym is great and just an overall nice park to spend time at.
