Craig pool is the best! They just replaced our pool liner. It's our second liner and once again a very professional job! We highly recommend them!!

I was happy with the construction of our pool and spa. The plumbing system and returns and feeds were layed out well. We had some minor issues with Hayward's system board, however, the service guys from Craig's took care of it on a timely basis, including coming on the agreed upon time. The only negative thing I would say is I am surprised they use Hayward Aqua Plus systems knowing there has been a multi-year, on-going problem with the model's system circuit board. This is well-documented, to the point it begs the question why not use another vendor....

Poor installation and very disrespectful response from the owner. We had to contact them and even go in person to have them finally come look at the wrinkled pool liner. The owner kept trying to blame us! After several unpleasant exchanges they fixed some of the wrinkles however some are still there. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. N . I do not recommend this company. The operation of my pool is problematic and its finish is poor. The biggest problem with this company is its attitude toward customers - they are wrong. The construction is 95% done by subcontractors - for questions wait for the company owner. As far as the finish - will have it done in a few years. One case in point of the company's attitude - pool operates at 26 to 30 psi pressure at the filter; Craig says this is normal; Hayward Pool Equipment says 14 to 18 psi. You tell me?

Issue with some pavers. They came out and repaired quickly and well. Mike was great. Efficient and thorough. Exceeded our expectations. Very happy.
