NOTHING about Island Vista is good, absolutely NOTHING! Do Not purchase a home here unless you want to be harassed on a monthly basis. Every single person I know who owns a place here says it was the worst decision they ever made. The new office manager thinks she's God, and the young punk who rides around on his little golf cart gets off on harassing home owners as often as he can. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
Great pool
Nice peaceful community with the best amenities!
It was nice. Until the man came out there while the pool ha several people in it swimming an he decided to add cholorine n the pool an had everyone's eyes burning in the pool. He cud of had waited till everyone was out or told everyone he was gonna do it.
Just another reminder of why I should not have purchased in a drunken hillbilly infested community apparently my 6year old daughter's rubber ducky pool float needs to be stabbed to death by a drunk pool police person who felt that her preteen son would drown under a float in the pool if he is mortally endangered by a 48" rubber ducky in the middle a 50' by 30' pool lifes gonna find some other way to extinguish his little candle just saying maybe ease up on the booze and the belligerent attitude with nearly ten 3 to 8 year old little girls all seemingly unaware of how dangerous the pool floats are that they have been playing with for the last few hours I'm just saying maybe you're soon to be Walmart tire changing grease monkey should be a little more aware of his surroundings
