Both my kids take weekly lessons at Brighton. The facilities are always clean, the instructors are prepared and engaging, and the staff is warm and welcoming. My kids have learned to love and respect the water. We recommend Brighton to anyone with babies, toddlers, or kids who want to learn to swim (and love it).

We have two daughters who both started with Brighton Swim Academy around the age of 6-8 months. Their swimming instructors have been wonderful! We certainly see an increased confidence in the water with our oldest daughter. We highly recommend this business to friends and family!

We love swimming with Miss Kimberley at Brighton! She always has clear lesson plans that are appropriately challenging for the varied skill levels in our toddler swim class. My daughter is obsessed with all the songs and sings them in the backseat. She’s even been teaching her dolls about “waiting on the wall” and “slide little monkey” at home. I’m so glad we found Brighton!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are the facilities great but the people that work here are just amazing. They have been wonderful with my two year old, always different lessons and always try to accommodate her needs and swim level. Carly the owner is one of the nicest people and my daughter always smiles when she sees her. The other teachers all great too. We had tried other swim schools and none compare to Brighton.We LOVE Swim lessons!

I was visiting family in Mount Pleasant for a week and wanted to take my 10-month old to swim classes while we were there. I found Brighton and was able to get in for a week of Baby + Me classes. The classes were so fun and very helpful. Not only did Emma have a great time each day, but I also was able to learn ways to apply the things she was learning in the pool to bath time, so we've been able to continue the learning at home. The instructor was very sweet and was diligent in explaining the reasoning behind certain activities and how they help our infants become comfortable in the water and ultimately water safe. I would recommend Brighton to anyone wanting to introduce their child to the water, as it by far the most baby and kid-friendly facility in the area.
