What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool are mixed, highlighting both positive experiences and significant frustrations. Many visitors praise the pool's cleanliness, including the splash pad and restrooms, friendly staff, and amenities such as slides, a well-stocked baby pool, picnic areas with umbrellas, and comfortable lounge chairs. Recent upgrades to payment options, now accepting card and tap, and the availability of a concession stand are also noted positively. However, a recurring and major point of contention is the frequent denial of entry due to the pool being at 'capacity,' often leading to heartbroken children and upset parents. This issue is exacerbated when families are turned away despite the pool appearing largely empty, or when large daycare groups with prior contracts are immediately admitted while paying individuals are denied. Some reviewers also reported 'lame excuses' from staff regarding capacity and inconsistent enforcement, leading to a sense of unfairness and poor management.

We had such a good time today and the weather was perfect! There were no daycares there today (it's busier when that's the case). We got there at the opening and everything looked perfect. The staff was friendly and ready to work. We had fun on the slide and in the splash park area and then our lunch. They have a very nice area with picnic tables with umbrellas that you can enjoy lunch at. We packed our lunches and had a relaxing lunch escaping the sun for a bit. After lunch we enjoyed the baby pool a bit before getting back into the big pool. The baby pool had toys and a little raft there to play with... We loved that it was stocked with some things. The restrooms were very clean. I was really impressed with the pool today and we can't wait to go back.
“At capacity” on a Saturday morning. Turned my crying two-year-old away. Nothing breaks your heart like your toddler crying “pool, pool” as you drive away after they’d been so excited to swim all morning. The pool was mostly empty. Given a lame excuse about lifeguards while two adult “managers” were chilling at the ticket booth. Do better
They've upgraded from Cash Only to Card and Tap Pay! The pool is always clean, including the Splash Pad. The lounge chairs are comfy and definitely hold over 300lbs. They also have a concession stand, where you'll find pepperoni rolls, hot dogs, etc. (They Do Not have ranch dressing.) They also have Powerade. They Do Not allow coolers and such.. Adults - $4
today was our first time going...we were DENIED entry. 2 adults & 2 children. 3 girls up front were anxious to tell us they were at "capacity" they had just opened and only a few children were swimming in the pool. as my children are screaming & crying having to leave... 2 buses pull up loaded with children. each one walked by my crying kids and went right in. when I asked to speak with someone about it I was directed to a guy who told me the "daycare was under contact" that's literally all he had to say. we have to pay to get in too!!!! I'm extremely upset. my kids didn't deserve that.
We had a beautiful time together in that pool my kids would go to the bucket to get dumped on with the water just right after that they would run to 12 foot and ump right in 5 stars
