We had such a wonderful experience at Bear Paddle in Woodridge. Both of my daughters started their swimming journey here when they were young, and the skills and confidence they built carried with them as they grew. Thanks to the strong foundation from their instructors, they now swim on a competitive team and participate in swim meets! The coaches were always patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable, making learning fun while also emphasizing safety. I’m so grateful for the role this school played in my daughters’ love for swimming. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend staff is amazing. We were at a different location and switched to this one and my son has shown tremendous progress. Staff is friendly, helpful and very understanding. Coach Ava rocks. Ms Elise and James are wonderful. Overall the staff makes our family continue to come to swim my son has been here for over 4yrs.

My three children are enrolled at Bear Paddle Swim School, and we couldn’t be happier! The teachers are incredibly patient and kind with my little ones, making them feel comfortable and confident in the water. My children look forward to coming to swim each week and are so excited to work hard toward earning their patches. Every time we walk in, our family is warmly greeted, which makes the experience even more welcoming. The communication is also excellent, if I ever leave a message, I always receive a call back either the same day or by the next morning. The Bear Paddle system of keeping the kids moving in the water was key in teaching my kids to swim on their own. With other lessons, there was more waiting your turn, holding onto walls, and not enough movement to get them used to staying afloat on their own. Would highly recommend!
