Facility manager (Patty ?) is amazing !! Helped us out with a few minor issues. We don’t get seasonal passes every summer, but when we do we always get the upgraded pass. It’s worth it if you like to bring friends and family and want to enjoy lap swim etc. Even with the season pass, summers are so busy so we end up here only 5-6 times total but usually invite friends to join us. It’s a great time at Flick Pool each visit ! Thanks for the great customer service today, Patty !!

Took extended family yesterday here and paying to get in was a headache because the coordinator did not count the people coming in correctly…. which costed more money. Once we got it in the pool there were tons!!! of minor children present with no parents present in the water. My extended family member was told his child could not be in the kiddy pool without an adult but there were other children with only life guard supervision. I took tons of pictures of this. This pool has been here for years it was disgusting to see how my extended in laws were treated by staff. Safety should be for all and if you require parental supervision it should apply to all. If you charge for everyone coming in even if they don’t swim it should apply to all not just some or lottery choice. Completely disappointing for visitors wanting to pay money to have a good time.

This place is AMAZING we took our family here from Chicago and they LOVED it! The food is great, and there is soooo much room to hang out! And the staff is extremely nice! Love this place!

I like this water park. There are different areas for infants, younger kids, bigger kids, and adults .there are different play things and water slides and diving boards. They have a grill for hot dogs and hamburgers. Very nice place!
