What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility garners mixed reviews, with many praising it as one of the best local waterparks, particularly for its excellent features for children. Positive aspects often cited include a heated splash pad with soft sprays suitable for toddlers, a large zero-depth entry pool, big slides, a dedicated climbing structure for little kids with squirting areas, and a shallow waterfall area. Some reviewers appreciate the lack of crowds. However, significant criticisms include rising prices, a reduction in amenities over time, high food costs, and a notably short operating season (reported as only one month). One negative experience highlighted a strict no-refund policy and rude staff when patrons were forced to leave due to weather, leading to a perception that the pool is no longer family-friendly due to these issues and overall increasing costs.

The pool was perfectly fine but I loved the splash pad. I took my toddler who is still an early walker. The water is heated and the equipment sprays nice and soft. I've been to others where the water is cold and most of the sprinklers mainly dump water.
I have been going to the Bensenville pool for years. My daughter and I used to love to go here. Unfortunately, year over year this pool continues to get worse. They continue to raise their prices, and take amenities away. We met with some friends yesterday, and paid the $30 entry fee (2 people) Adult and child. Because there was lightning we were asked to leave the pool 3 times in the span of 2 hours. I understand and respect safety, but when I asked for a refund I was told (rudely) that Bensenville does not refund. Also, their food prices are insane. $6 for a frozen pretzel? I would take your money elsewhere. Definitely not family friendly. Such a shame.
The pool is great no crowds at all. But they literally open for 1 month so disappointed and i am residents of Bensenville
It is one of the best waterparks in the area. Highly recommended!
One of the best local swimming pools in the area! It has a giant grassy hill for viewing the pool and a giant zero depth entry pool. A couple big fun slides plus a little kids climbing structure with lots of squirting areas and buckets and a little kid slide. And a very awesome shallow waterfall area. Plus the splash pad section is separate behind the hill.
