This has been a great experience so far. We have 3 young ones in the program and each one is on a different track. They really pay attention to the kid and advance them according to their individual readiness and skill development. All the teachers have been good and personable. I did already and would continue to recommend them. The kids in that school are real swimming and at a young age.

My experiences with the company were unfortunately bad. I liked the instructor and the lessons for my daughter. However, the treatment I experienced with the owner, Becky, was terrible. When trying to work through an issue with payment, the owner was disrespectful and dismissive. Using full on profanity, cursed at me, and called me a liar and a thief. I was in complete shock, and extremely offended. After proving that there was indeed an issue with my bank I was told that my daughter could continue classes and things were resolved. I chose to stay enrolled despite my disdain for the treatment and this was a bad call. Beyond that, the issue was never communicated to the employees and resulted in my daughter being turned around and denied swim lessons. Which is what I had hoped to avoid. There was no resolution offered outside of making up the days we were denied at a later time. Which I thought was poor customer service. And since, I have still yet to receive a refund for the sessions we were refused services. I have reached out regarding this and was told the only thing I could do would be to have my bank reverse the charges. As much as I wanted to love this company, I unfortunately can’t get past how terribly we were treated.

Coach Rasa technique and demeanor were what our kids needed for their 1st swim class. The pool is shared with LA Fitness so not like some other places that have their own dedicated space. That said they make the best of what they have and our kids love it.

The swim coaches are SO great with the kids!! The methods they use are genius and I was wholly impressed with them. I would definitely recommend British Swim School to anyone interested in learning to swim, especially parents that want their children to have a life saving skill.
