What are people saying (AI review summary)? The aquatic center receives largely positive feedback, with patrons praising its very clean pool, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere, including compliments for the DJ's music. Many highlight the ease of entry for pass holders and the availability of lounge chairs. However, some negative experiences were reported, specifically concerning long wait times for entry and tickets, which some felt did not justify the $15 cost. One detailed review also pointed out an instance of rude customer service from check-in staff, significantly impacting their overall rating despite a history of positive visits.

I have been to this water park many, many times. As a former Forest Park Resident AND former pass holder I can say that this has always been an AMAZING place to bring the family and children to enjoy summertime fun. After living away from Forest Park for the past 13 years, we recently moved back to the area. I brought my 13-year-old daughter to the aquatic center last summer (2024) and had a lovely day. This year, however, I encountered a slight issue with one of the check-in staff. On Saturday 6/28/25, upon entering the facility there were two youth checking in people directly outside of the aquatic center. While reading the sign about "appropriate attire," Youth #1 was extremely RUDE when she blurted out "THIS IS FOR PASS HOLDERS." Youth #2 clearly observed the rude vibe because she looked at Youth #1 and both smiled. As a 50+ year old educator, I had absolutely no desire to take the time to correct these two young "ladies" and give a life lesson in customer service. However, I thought that it was very important to let the Aquatic Center leadership and these two youth know that there was a better way to advise patrons (pass holders or not) about the procedures. First, you had NO IDEA whether we were pass holders or not. Second, if there's a question, you simply could have said, "Good afternoon, do you have a pass?" and waited for an answer. If not then you could have replied, "if you're paying cash you can take care of it at the front desk." Your behavior brought what would ordinarily be a 5-star rating to a 3-star rating. In the future, I will return to the FP Aquatic Center. I just hope that next time, these two have learned to do better.
The wait is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes to get in and get a ticket. The park its self is good but not worth the wait and paying $15.
Who’s the dj….. because the music mix is fire lol. Cute, fun joint especially if you’re a pass holder ;)
