Went on a Sunday & it was partly sunny and not crowded at all. There are family bathrooms on the way into the park for changing & this was very well maintained! Surprisingly so! I really appreciated how many life guards there were. It seemed like there was a lifeguard every 5 feet & that was perfect for the amount of kids etc. The pool itself seemed clean and free from debris. The chairs a were plentiful. The options for all ages was great! They even have a sandy make shift beach 🏖️ for those who want to play then shower off the sand nearby. I was impressed by how well run this pool was. There is a food area but we didn’t purchase any. You are allowed to bring bottled water. They will check your bags & backpacks on entry, making sure to keep this a clean & safe place for all. The lazy river was fun for my kiddos. Highly recommend! 💫 pro tip; go after 4p for a discounted price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Warm Springs with Room to Grow at Centennial Park Aquatic Center Just tried out the Centennial Park Aquatic Center (Orland Park Pool) and came away with mixed impressions: 👍 What Works • Well-Maintained & Clean: The pool area appeared swept and the water was clear—very reassuring for families. • Friendly Lifeguards & Staff: The on-duty staff were attentive, polite, and quick to answer questions. • Convenient Amenities: Changing rooms, secure lockers, and a snack bar (though limited) are appreciated perks. 👎 What Could Be Improved • Crowding Issues: On busy days, the pool felt cramped. It may help to adjust attendance policies or create clearer swim/activity zones. • Basic Facilities: Deck chairs were limited, and the shaded areas are minimal—could use more seating and coverage. • Snack Bar Selection: Options are okay for a quick bite but tend to be pricey and narrow in variety. ⭐️ Final Thoughts Centennial Park Aquatic Center is a solid neighborhood pool with many positives, especially for families. What a great swimming park!!! The Centennial Park Aquatic Center is such an awesome and safe place to take your family. They run a real good operation here to keep everyone safe. Each Station of the park has at least 2-life guards here. They require all children to exit the pools in hour intervals and make such announcements over a loud intercom that are enforced by their staff.. The water slides are awesome and I really like their lazy river too!!! Very scenic and sanitary water park!!!

Our family visited here with other family when we were in town visiting. The price is ridiculous however, it cost us $125 for a family of 5 and it wasn’t worth that to us. Park was bigger than it looks and lots of places to relax and sunbathe if you didn’t want to go in the water. There was a surprising amount of shade spots as well which was nice for those that wanted it. Lots to do, for all ages, we had a great time. Only complaint was the having to get out every 50 mins for the mandatory break, that got old and then the snack bar only takes cash but who really takes cash to a water park where you’re leaving your bag sitting while you got in the water so we were all hungry and ran out of water so we left early.

Good Experience with the family and a great place to visit uf you have younger kids or just want to hang out in the lazy river. Biggest issue is that it's crazy crowed and there is barely any room to yourself but if you go at an off time when there isn't a ton of people you can certainly have a ton of fun. The "out of the pool" announcements are a bit annoying but also useful for making sure you don't lose track of your family. Overall a very decent experience
