We've been going to this water park since 2024 and love it! It's the perfect size for my boys and everyone there is great. The lifeguards are very attentive and everything is always clean and well taken care of. I'd much rather go here than any others around!

Moved into the area a few years ago and visited this pool many times throughout each summer but after my experience today I’m not sure I’ll go back…I paid the 17 dollars to enter the pool and as I was changing in the locker room changing they announced that every person had to exit the water bc there was a power outage. Then a few moments after I entered the pool area they then announced they were closing the pool for the day bc of the power outage. I get things happen and that’s not why I’m upset, I was upset bc they wouldn’t issue me a refund even though I was only there for less than 10 mins. The cashier even said she felt bad bc she knew I had just paid but there was nothing she could. Even after talking to a manager they still wouldn’t budge. I know it’s only 17 dollars but even if there is a no refund policy there still should be some exemptions, especially in a circumstance as the one I just had experienced. Shame on the staff for driving away a repeat customer over a small issue that should have been easily resolved. I would have settled for a discount for my next visit but that was a no go as well. I’ll consider taking my business elsewhere.

Wen I got there they said we have to wait 15 minutes and then the 15 minutes is over. I didn’t even touch the pool yet and then they said the lights were off electricity. Please leave the pool we give free discounts no refunds but unless they gave us a free pass.

Well this ain't related to the pool but I'm leaving a review on every Palos owned thing cause the staff just yelled at me after I told him to be quiet after he told me to shut up at the rec center so ya that's what happened so have a great day

Music was great the park is beautiful one thing we need more of is port-a-poties.
