The lifeguards are not that strict but they will tell you to stop running around,but in a nice way.

LOVED the experience. Qualified lifeguards, very focused. I love that the sand play area is AWAY from the swim area. They even have a place to rinse feet when you depart the sand area so you don't track it into the pool. Duh? We traveled to Naperville to Centennial and it was gross. So dirty and the water was warm. At Family Aquatic Center, the water was perfect. Chillers on the whole time so the water was clean and refreshing. We will definitely be bringing our granddaughter back. She had a blast. With age appropriate slides and water activities for any age. They don't interrogate your backpacks either. I don't think that's necessary, no coolers is a good rule but you don't need to open my water bottle and smell it!? That's ridiculous. Anyway, it's not overly priced, and the kids will love it!

Nice pool, lifeguards are ok. Don’t believe others saying they are bad, they do what they supposed to do.

Wonderful family friendly waterpark, two awesome slides a nice size pool. Friendly staff with lots of lifeguards, pool is clean and food shop on site as well. Highly recommend

Lifeguards are way to strict and don’t let the kids do anything. Way worse than at other pools. Absolutely no flexibility. Will not go again
