I’m 84 and challenged by an arthritic knee. Staff are very helpful, and the variety of equipment allows exercise routines for everyone from young super jocks to people who can hardly walk without help. The clients step in to help as well. Friendly atmosphere.

My family have been members at the Park Center since it opened. I can’t imagine why anyone would give it any less than 5 stars. Its a magnificent and superbly run facility. As a long time global traveler I’ve used facilities like this around the world and am always glad to get back to the park center. There have been few of this caliber.

I love this place. I'm a senior and have been a member of the Fitness Center for 9 years. They are always respectful of me (I'm there at least 3x/week) and can almost always use the equipment I want. People are friendly and help me out if I don't know how to use a particular machine. Going into the 3rd year of this Pandemic, the management is fair and sensible, now requiring vaccine cards. I personally don't want to work out in a place where I don't feel safe. I feel safe here.
