What are people saying (AI review summary)? Goldfish Swim School generally receives positive feedback, with many parents highlighting the excellent, caring, and well-trained teachers (e.g., Mia, Uriel, Andrea), who are praised for helping children gain confidence in the water, learn advanced techniques, and even achieve milestones like independent floating at a young age. The facilities are consistently described as pristine, and staff members, such as Hannah, are commended for their helpfulness, patience, and comprehensive assistance with class structures and scheduling. Children often enjoy the varied activities offered in classes. However, one significant negative experience reported involved frequent teacher changes over several months, which made a child uncomfortable and affected their progress. A specific incident with an assistant teacher, who was perceived as impatient and discriminatory, led to the child's frustration and a parent's disappointment, prompting consideration of changing or canceling classes.

Our daughter Liyah has been attending goldfish swim school since she was 4 months old. She has had wonderful teachers, especially Mia, Uriel, and most recently the wonderful Andrea. We never thought she’d learn to independently float before age 2 while in Mini 2 but somehow Andrea made it happen! Thank you Goldfish, we look forward to many more years of swimming fun!
So much seeing all babies and kids enjoying class with different activities each time. Staffs and teachers are friendly too.
My daughter is so much more confident in the water. Watching her learn swimming techniques and practice them out of class (because she wants to teach me) is so fun! Such caring, wonderful, and well trained staff.
This place was pristine just like all the other Goldfish facilities. Teachers were awesome. I can't believe it's taken me so long to find it, but better than all other swim schools we toured. I wanted to give Hannah a shoutout for being so helpful, answering so many questions, and spending time with us to understand class structures, transfer to a more convenient location, and scheduling/ pricing. She was very patient and helpful. Thank you!
This is the first time I give a bad review on Google. My child has been taking classes here for a year and a half. The teachers in the first stage were all very good, and it took about 7 months to advance to stage two. However, in the past few months, there have been frequent changes of teachers. My son used to swim well, and the frequent changes of teachers made him uncomfortable, but I still insisted on letting him continue. But what made me most sad was that in today's class, an assistant came to assist the teacher. I could clearly feel that she didn't like my son and I couldn't feel her patience at all. I was very angry, which made me feel discriminated against. After class, the child told me that he didn't want to go to class anymore and was very frustrated. After discussion, I decided to change classes for my child, but I still have reservations. If similar situations occur again, I will cancel all classes without hesitation. This is a bad experience I have had, and it really makes me feel very disappointed😞
