What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool are highly mixed, with some patrons praising it as a fun and relaxing destination with good concession options, comfortable swimming depths, and slides. One reviewer noted vigilant lifeguards and clear, sanitized water, along with the perk of bringing a cooler. However, many experiences are overwhelmingly negative. Recurring complaints include rude and unwelcoming staff, both at the front desk and among lifeguards, particularly highlighted in incidents regarding early closing and a severe lack of empathy towards a special needs visitor that resulted in an injury. Other significant criticisms include deplorable and unsanitary facilities with urine on floors and lack of toilet paper, freezing water, and dangerous experiences on the slides.

Came on a Saturday and was told that if there will be less than 10 people in the pool within the next 40 minutes then they will close and no refund will be given. That’s not the problem at all, I was totally understanding and okay with it. What got to me was how rude the person at the front desk was when I said that I still wanted to go enjoy the pool even if they close in the next 40 minutes. The vibe and the straight up energy of “get out, we don’t want you here, we’re trying to close” was absolutely unreal.
Haven't been to this pool in about 10-12 years. Giving 2 stars for the facilities. They are absolutely deplorable. Urine all over the floor and toilets. No toilet paper in any of stalls. The curtains have stains on them. I understand its a community pool but it is unacceptable. Water was absolutely freezing lifeguards were rude as well. Not going back.
I been going to this pool for years and I absolutely love it! It can get really busy at the peak of summer but always a fun relaxing time. I love their con session stand, I dived for the first time off a diving board and conquered my fear of deep water here a few years back, although I must admit I almost lost my life coming down their slide & injured myself, I actually had two bad experiences on the slide but still fun overall. Still and always will be my pick of a pool when I think of pools.
I really enjoy this community pool. The pool wasn't too crowded on a Saturday morning. The 2 big slides were an additional perk, 3 ft deep perfect for younger kids to enjoy. 2 swimming sections are 4 ft deep to 5 ft very comfortable to swim in. Lifeguards were on point with awareness of swimmers in the water, not to mention rules and guidelines. The water is clear and sanitized. I was allowed to take a cooler with water which was a plus. They do have in house food. Slice of pizza, hot dogs, nachos, hamburger. Good pricing might say.
My family recently went and my brother with special needs fell in the locker room due to the rudeness from the life guard having an issue with my mother changing his shirt. When my sister tried to explain the situation he did not seem to care about our brothers special needs and the circumstance of the situation. Then they were yelled at to leave the locker room when it was closing time. My brother now has 3 bruises and a cut on his arm from the fall. Do not bring your special needs kids or family because the workers do not care.
