I remember when this place used to be packed with Hispanic families it had a lively and vibrant vibe. Coming back recently, the neighborhood dynamic has definitely changed, and it feels much more chill now. They've also renovated the locker rooms, making them smaller than before. Just a heads-up: they no longer provide shampoo or soap, so it's best to bring your own. There are lawn chairs available for use, which is convenient. Every 45 minutes to an hour, they make everyone evacuate the pool and wait outside for a mandatory 15-minute break. There's a nice park next door and a play area for kids. Unfortunately, they removed the kiddie pool, so that might be a drawback if you have little ones.

Clean, not crowded, free, deck chairs available and in good condition. Adjacent to a nice, shaded playground. Fantastic public amenity!

Was stop because forgot lap pass yet other senior showed crumbled up passes and did not have id which are required with the pass i do pay a lot for taxes and have been in neighborhood for 30 plus years very rude people here do not recommend this pool for normal people at one time my children went their to camp which was very good dont know if that turned into a bunch of snobs like the lap swimmers plus I am handicap really upset how the pool is run

It was shocking to me how rude the lifeguards are. After swimming today, a male lifeguard stood in the door of the women's locker room and hollered at the young girls inside to "hurry up and get out!"

Hey hey! Come to the Holstein Pool! Picture below is the schedule from June 26th-August 4th. Did you know Holstein has a heated pool? And a splash pool open during family swims. Open earlier on Tues & Thurs for lap swim, which is FREE this summer. Pool is free, per usual. 😊 **Open 11pm - 4pm on 4th of July**
