Rude older white lady questing me about what I was doing after I already established my information with the front desk! She tried to stop myself and my son from swimming and this was our first time trying to attend at this location. I never experience this kind of behavior anywhere else! Sad in 2025 still dealing with racism and racist people just wish I asked for her name 🤦🏾♀️

The lifeguards were polite and friendly and helped explain the situation I went through . The lady, Tania, who checks in IDs and gave swimming pool passes does not have the best attitude, very rude and poor customer service. I asked her since I work for the park district if it was ok for me to come in, she rudely said "I don't care if you work for the park District". I ended up showing my ID to her and politely was able to get in and bring my guest and it's not what she said it's the way she talks to me in regards of me asking her a question politely.

This swimming pool became our hangout place and my granddaughter and I every weekend when it wasn’t raining. The staff is wonderful the pool is always clean and the people visiting the pool are so nice. Thanks to the Kennedy pool staff for making my granddaughter, and my summer great and a lot of fun we bonded this summer thanks to Kennedy pool. See you next year

My first experience was today. The service was great, the decor was really modern and up to date , and last but not least , the food was very good. I really enjoyed it. This is a great new place for my family and friends to dine at. I had breakfast , very tasty. And in neighborhood, a big plus.
